From my shop in the mountains of North Idaho: Crafted from recycled 1/8 inch thick circular saw steel (8670 carbon tool steel) from a defunct Idaho wood mill. Reground, oil heat treated, tempered and custom etched makes for a super looking hunting or utility blade. Handle is rare Alaskan oosik ( fossilized walrus penile bone) with copper mosaic pins.

• Over all length is 8.5 inches.  Cuttting edge is 3.75 inches.
• Finger notch to choke up on.  File worked spine with copper liners
• Custom fit, hand sewn and carved heavy leather horizontal sheath, Concealable under a long shirt.
• Convex ground edge is easy to sharpen with the strop provided.   See the Knife Care page.
